Bush Foundation on the move!

This fall-ish, we will be moving our offices!

We’re excited to reaffirm our commitment to downtown St. Paul, as we believe in its future and vitality! And it means we don’t have far to move—just down the street!

Our new location is The 428 Building. It meets our needs and gives us some flexibility to think creatively about how we can use the space to do our work and support the communities we serve.

More than that, it’s a building that is focused on wellness and sustainability, and is Minnesota’s first building to be awarded both LEED Silver certification and WELL Building Core & Shell certification. It also has a rich and interesting history. Check out the historic photos on their website.

Our new offices will be on the fourth floor, and we’ll spend the next several months building out the new space while taking a trip down memory lane as we pack up our current office spaces.

The 428 is close to transit options, offers connected parking, has skyway access and is within walking distance of all the great things we love about St. Paul!

“We are excited to continue our longtime commitment to downtown Saint Paul, and to be a new tenant of The 428 Building,” said Chris Romano, chief operating officer at Bush. “We share values alignment with building ownership, and we look forward to welcoming our staff, board, grantees and partners into our new space.”

We’re grateful to work with some great partners on this move. They include NEOO Partners, Inc., LSE Architects and The 428 Building owners and managers. We’ll also be working with Dark Horse General Contracting and Zuri 3 Construction on the build out.
