Landsdowne, VA — Prison Fellowship will spread the practice of using a Prison Culture Assessment (PCA) to improve prison environments in North Dakota and Minnesota. Results from the PCA will be used to reform rehabilitation programs within correction systems and enable correctional leaders to channel resources for better functioning prison environments.
