Stephanie leads the development and oversight of learning and evaluation, professional development, performance management processes and people-related policies and processes. She serves as a member of Bush’s management team.
Stephanie joined Bush in 2010 to manage the Teacher Effectiveness initiative. She has extensive experience in the public sector, having spent more than 15 years in Minnesota state government coordinating budget development and implementation for 3 governors and then serving as deputy commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget. She also worked in program evaluation at Abt Associates in Cambridge, MA, and in legislative relations in Washington, D.C., and Minneapolis.
