Nhia Vang

Nhia is a program operations coordinator for the Bush Foundation. As part of the program operations team and in close partnership with the grantmaking team, Nhia provides leadership and support for grantmaking operations at Bush.

She plays a key role in selection processes across Bush’s main grantmaking programs and in planning work that helps align program operations and other core work across Bush. Nhia works across all Bush programs and is the primary support for the Community Innovation grants and program-related investments (PRIs) program.

Nhia joined Bush in 2022. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring new surroundings, and appreciates the small and quiet details that can be found in nature. For fun, she likes to learn about new animal facts (by watching animal documentaries), spend time with family and loved ones, read and go for runs.
