Lyndsay Ulrickson
Grantmaking officer
Lyndsay is a grantmaking officer for the Bush Foundation and is based in Minot, North Dakota. She focuses on North Dakota and works across all Bush programs to help find and select the highest potential ideas from communities throughout the region that can lead to high-impact investments for Bush. She manages a portfolio of grants and is active in community conversations to understand the impact of Bush’s support.
Lyndsay is part of the grantmaking team and is ready to talk with people who have ideas or questions about any Bush programs or other opportunities Bush supports.
Lyndsay joined Bush in 2022 and is passionate about elevating North Dakota voices and connecting people and resources. She is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa and brings extensive leadership experience, having served as executive director for Souris Basin Planning Council, where she advocated for rural communities, organizations and small businesses.
At home in Minot, Lyndsay spends time with family, reading, getting new houseplants and watching her children and nephews compete in sports. #GoBeavers
