Lee Anderson
Vice President, Government & Public Affairs, General Mills
At General Mills, Lee advances company efforts to establish and advocate for public policy priorities to government officials and key stakeholders to ensure business success in a dynamic external environment. He leads several cross-functional initiatives, including the Global Impact Governance Subcommittee on Risk & Regulation, and the Global Issue Management process. He is an Executive Sponsor and longtime member of the company’s LGBTQ+ Employee Network.
Lee is active in community on behalf of General Mills and serves in a variety of roles. An attorney with over 25 years of government relations experience, Lee holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
