Kevin Bruins

Kevin is the IT strategy and solutions manager for the Bush Foundation. He provides strategic leadership and operations support for Bush’s information technology systems and applications.

As part of the program operations team, Kevin works across the organization to ensure that the right technology solutions are in place and that staff are equipped to use it in their work. He selects and manages vendor relationships, supports remote work environments, manages system integrations, advises on website and digital solutions, and keeps current on larger trends that can affect Bush’s work.

Kevin joined Bush in 2018. He aims to make technology an asset in making sure that Bush is equitable and accessible. He is excited to make technology work for people, and to sort it out when it doesn’t.

Kevin has always been fascinated by the natural world. He loves being in wild spaces and to see and appreciate wild creatures! Kevin has a lovely old rescue dog and some pet snakes (the dog doesn’t like the snakes). For fun, he can be found rolling dice or changing cards at game nights and spends many nights listening to audiobooks and podcasts while painting miniatures.
