Jen Jang

Jen is a program operations associate for the Bush Foundation. She leads the operational and administrative elements of Bush’s grantmaking data system.

As part of the program operations team, Jen plays a key role in data management, helping staff enter, track and use data in ways that help Bush have the highest impact possible through its grantmaking. She is responsible for a range of technical, administrative and logistical activities.

Jen joined Bush in 2024. Her experience includes supporting grantmaking programs at Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless.

She has a passion for advocacy work and serving Black, Indigenous and people of color communities that is shaped by her experience as a first-generation Korean American. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading and playing video games.
