Amy Anderson
Program operations officer
Amy is a program operations officer for the Bush Foundation. She designs and leads operations that support the Ecosystem grant program, program-related investments (PRIs), the Partnership Fund and other Bush programs.
As part of the program operations team and in close partnership with the grantmaking team, Amy provides strategic leadership and support for grantmaking operations at Bush. She ensures that grantmaking practices are equitable and that applicants, grantees and others are supported along the way.
Amy joined Bush in 2010. Her experience includes serving as principal associate at Zachary and Associates, an economic development firm in Detroit focusing on securing financing for historic preservation projects, and as a project manager on multi-million-dollar projects, providing consultation to nonprofit organizations and private developers on complex urban redevelopments that required a variety of non-conventional funding sources and creative financing solutions.
Amy loves traveling and exploring, and as often as possible, taking her small dog along for the ride.
