Three partner institutions (Minot State University, Dakota College at Bottineau, and Certification Central) will develop a new coordinated model of special education teacher preparation pathways. The effort will focus on addressing the special education teacher shortages in the most rural parts of North Dakota. If successful, the approach could be applied to address other rural teaching shortages.
