As a grantmaking officer with a focus on North Dakota, Lyndsay is excited about big ideas for community problem solving with the potential for high impact. She enjoys collaborative decision-making and is committed to supporting rural organizations navigate the grantmaking process. Lyndsay is passionate about elevating North Dakota voices and connecting people and resources.
Prior to joining the Bush Foundation in 2022, she served as the executive director of Souris Basin Planning Council, where she advocated for rural communities, organizations, and small businesses. Lyndsay serves as a board member for the Minot Public Library, the North Dakota Development Fund, and the North Dakota Association of Nonprofit Organizations.
Lyndsay is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa and grew up in north central North Dakota. Her home is in Minot, North Dakota, where she enjoys time with family, reading, getting new houseplants, and watching her children and nephews compete in sports. She holds a bachelor's degree from Minot State University. #GoBeavers
