The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Twin Cities will build the capacity of its Acquisition Partners to acquire key properties through the Community Asset Transition Fund (CATF). Acquisition Partners will identify and prepare BIPOC owners for long-term, sustainable property ownership. The combination of the CATF and this capacity building will be transformative in the ways communities can control their own property development destiny.
