Dodge City, KS — Lead For America will establish Waseca, MN as a 'demonstration city' serving as a hub for rural economic and community development. This will build on the success they have had in supporting a diverse cohort of young, rural leaders to be effective leaders in their hometowns. Once developed, the hub will be a lab and training center to test and spread ideas that work across communities.
