Grant For Minneapolis Foundation

This project will implement an innovative special-purpose credit program using a regional loan guarantee pool to increase access to capital for Black wealth builders and ultimately shift bank underwriting and lending standards. This product will be delivered with a robust capacity-building approach and in conjunction with other GroundBreak Coalition (GBC) tools to deliver loans that position Twin Cities-based Black wealth builders for success.
