Grant For Northcountry Cooperative Foundation

Northcountry Cooperative Foundation (NCF) will expand its work to convert manufactured housing communities to resident-owned communities, with a particular focus on BIPOC households and rural communities. Converting residents to owners is an innovative model for building wealth through cooperative ownership of the land. NCF will use a mission-related loan fund to leverage Minnesota state funding to protect, preserve, and increase the supply of affordable manufactured housing, making homeownership a reality for more people.
