Saint Paul, MN — Launch GiveMN.org, an online platform to establish efficient charitable giving, provide value to donors, and increase charitable giving in Minnesota. The kickoff will be a highly promoted Give to the Max day held on November 17, 2009. Bush funding will help cover transaction processing fees for online donations made during GiveMN's Give to the Max day
