Burnsville, MN — Immigrant and refugee populations experience huge health disparities and numerous barriers in accessing health care. As an experienced medical professional, I will collaborate with other healthcare providers to offer culturally and linguistically appropriate community health education, health navigation, interpretation, advocacy and community engagement in the local Burmese population to increase access to primary care and reduce health disparities.
