Eagle Butte, SD — Native Nations Rebuilders Program (cohort 6) - Michelle lives in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, where she works as the program coordinator for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe’s Youth Diabetes Prevention Program. For the past four years, she has also served on the board of directors for the Four Bands Community Fund, a community development financial institute working to expand economic opportunity on the Cheyenne River Reservation. Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mary (Bismarck, North Dakota). She is the proud parent of a 16-year-old son. She enjoys running; traveling; singing; and spending time with her son, family and friends.
