Sioux Falls, SD — Native Nations Rebuilders Program (cohort 5) - Justin is the health care administrator for the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Clinic. Prior to this position, Justin worked in the health insurance industry serving as director of operations for Wellmark BCBS and then as account manager for DakotaCare. He received his bachelor’s degree from Augustana College and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University. Justin is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
