Isle, MN — Native Nations Rebuilders Program (cohort 5) - Adrienne works as the Ojibwe language teacher and curriculum coordinator at the Mille Lacs Band Anishinaabe Izhitwaawin. She teaches the Ojibwe language at local public schools and is working with a master speaker to create a teaching curriculum. She previously worked as the administrative coordinator for the Mille Lacs Band Boys & Girls Clubs. Adrienne has attended Fond Du Lac Tribal College and will soon begin pursuing her undergraduate degree in psychology at Central Lakes College/St. Scholastica. Adrienne is also an alumnus of the Blandin Reservation Community Leadership Program. She is a proud mother of two children.
