Nexus Community Partners

Saint Paul, MN — Nexus Community Partners will develop and test a new model for supporting healing and wellness for BIPOC racial equity leaders in Minnesota through sabbaticals. This 3.5-year project will include a community design process, pilot implementation and gradual full implementation of a paid sabbaticals program. The ultimate aim of this work is to advance progress on issues of racial equity in Minnesota by supporting leaders to invest in their own wellness and rejuvenation for the work.
