Willmar, MN — To initiate Partnering for Resilience -- supporting high needs families with young children through collaborative problem-solving around safety, resilience and independence

The Big Idea

PACT for Families wants to develop a web of mental health and other supports for high-need families with young children. The group plans to invite parents and professionals from public health, early childhood, social services and education to join the effort. With a focus on trauma prevention, the group plans to gather data and design pilot projects that build safety, resilience and independence for families across western and central Minnesota.

In a perfect scenario we would add more resources for data collection. This has been an invaluable resource and to have more time to dive into the data and expand a bit more on the front end may be very helpful in going forward.
